1. About AJ Artisan Etchworks

AJ Artisan Etchworks provides custom laser engraving and personalized products, including engraving on wood, metal, acrylic, glass, stone, leather, and other suitable materials.

Because many of our products are customized specifically for each customer, certain products and services may be subject to additional requirements described on the applicable product page or communicated during the ordering process.

2. Orders and Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, dimensions, and other information on our website are accurate.

However:

• Product colors and appearance may vary depending on your monitor or device.

• Natural materials such as wood and stone may contain variations in grain, color, texture, knots, markings, and other characteristics.

• Engraving results may vary slightly from product to product because of differences in the material.

• Product images are intended as examples and may not exactly represent the finished item you receive.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, and discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products are created specifically according to information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with an order, including:

• Names

• Dates

• Text

• Spelling

• Numbers

• Logos

• Artwork

• Monograms

• Design selections

• Product quantities

• Sizes and specifications

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

AJ Artisan Etchworks is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Logos

Customers may provide artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other materials for use in creating a custom product.

By submitting such material, you represent that you have the legal right and permission to use the material and authorize AJ Artisan Etchworks to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You agree not to submit material that infringes upon another person's or organization's copyrights, trademarks, patents, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights.

AJ Artisan Etchworks reserves the right to refuse an order containing artwork or material that we reasonably believe may violate the rights of another party or applicable law.

5. Proofs and Design Approval

For orders where a proof or design preview is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving production.

Once a proof has been approved, AJ Artisan Etchworks may proceed with production based on the approved design.

Errors present in an approved proof that result from customer-provided information or customer approval are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, customization requirements, current workload, and availability of materials.

Any production time shown on the website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Custom orders may require additional production time.

Production time does not necessarily include shipping or transit time.

Orders involving unusually large quantities, complex designs, special materials, or extensive customization may require additional time. We will communicate significant delays when reasonably possible.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and complete.

AJ Artisan Etchworks is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled primarily by the shipping carrier. Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, transportation issues, address problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged shipments, please retain the packaging and take photographs of:

• The shipping box

• Any visible damage to the packaging

• The damaged product

• The shipping label

Photographs and other information may be requested to assist with a carrier claim or determine an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or incorrect customer-submitted information.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced item, please contact us so that we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-personalized products may be eligible for return subject to the return conditions stated on the applicable product page or communicated by AJ Artisan Etchworks.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

For standard products that have not entered production, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation.

For custom or personalized orders, cancellation may not be possible once design work, material preparation, engraving, or production has begun.

If production has already started, any refund will be determined based on the work and materials already committed to the order.

11. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is placed, except in cases involving obvious pricing errors or circumstances requiring correction.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

12. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Bulk, business, corporate, event, wedding, and wholesale orders may be subject to different pricing, production schedules, minimum quantities, proofing requirements, and payment terms.

Any special terms agreed upon for a specific order will take precedence over general website terms for that order.

13. Intellectual Property

The AJ Artisan Etchworks website, including its text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions, designs, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our original website content without our written permission.

Customer-owned trademarks, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
